Leg Strength

This video gives a quick introduction to Hindu and Pistol squats. Both will help build different types of strength in your legs and hips.

These exercises are great but the you need more light in the area you are shooting. It is difficult to see what you are doing since the video is squished down to a small space. Also, show a few reps slowly next time so people can see the intricacies of the exercise. Good post.

good point. on my camera the ligthing was ok, but when i watched the post i realized that it was too dark. i am going to redo it and post it again. thanks for the input

Great info. I need to build up my legs for spring soccer and need something that can build up my legs without too much strain on my busted knees.

Like posted before a little dark, but you talked through it well enough to understand the exercise without any confusion.
